You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your unwanted or unsuitable items.
Eligible Items:
Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition, free of any damage, scuffs, or marks.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and any other
included materials.
Ineligible Items:
Worn or damaged shoes.
Shoes returned without original packaging.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions with specific return
policies.
Please use a soft surface such as a rug or carpet to try on your shoes, as the soles will easily
scratch if you walk on hardwood or concrete floors. Shoes with scuffed soles cannot be returned
for a refund. If your shoes are sent back with creased leather, a $50 damage fee will be
deducted from the refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you will be sent a confirmation email
documenting your refund. If your return does not meet the above policy, you will be notified by
our team.

You will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.
Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging and attach the return label.
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15
business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
