We provide FREE Delivery with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions in the US, EU, UK, Australia, Newzealeand, UAE and Saudi region. Our aim is to ensure that your items reach you promptly, without compromising on quality. We understand the importance of timely delivery, which is why we strive to process your order quickly.

Delivery Timeline

For regular orders, we typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving order confirmation. However, for bespoke items and customized orders, please allow 30 to 60 days for delivery, depending on the complexity of your order. You can discuss your preferred delivery date with our Customer Support Agent during the customization process.

International Shipping

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. Our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

Customs and Duties

Please note that all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We advise you to check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to making a purchase.

Tracking and Follow-Up

Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, it becomes your responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If the courier company puts the order on hold or attempts delivery when you are not available, it is your responsibility to contact them. We recommend following up with the courier once you receive the tracking number.

In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel, and we will not be responsible in that case.

Multiple Items or Transactions

In case of multiple items or transactions from the same customer, we may ship items in one
parcel or multiple parcels depending on the order.

Pricing

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. However, if your card currency is other than USD, you can still place your order. Our system will accept the order by deducting the equivalent amount of the respective currency.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 2 days of order placement. Customers should contact support to request order cancellation.
